What is the rescheduling policy for Simard's Firearm Training?

We understand that things happen last minute, so we allow you to reschedule up to two times. However, we ask that you provide us with a 48-hour notification if you cannot attend. Failure to notify us will forfeit your deposit.
What permit classes does Simard's Firearm Training offer?

Currently we are only offering the State of CT Concealed Carry Permit class only.
How old do I need to be in order to take the CT Pistol Permit Class?

You can take the class within 6 months of your 21st birthday, however you cannot apply until your 21. This is the federal minimum age to purchase handguns.
Do I bring my own firearm to the class?

No!! You cannot bring your own firearms to the class, as you are not licensed to carry them. The instructor will provide all firearms andammunition
